Regarding changes to Regulation on registration of individuals in the State Register of individuals – taxpayersChapter: News

Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 24.10.2023 № 571 "On amendments to Regulation on registration of individuals in the State Register of individuals – taxpayers", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 08.11.2023 under № 1940/40996 entered into force on December 25, 2023 (hereinafter – Order № 571).

This Order made changes to Regulation on registration of individuals in the State Register of individuals – taxpayers, approved by Order № 822 of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine as of 29.09.2017 (hereinafter – Changes) in terms of bringing them into line with Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 853 as of 11.09.2023 "Some matters of providing comprehensive electronic public service "eMalyatko".

Changes were made to Clause 1 of Paragraph 1 Section XIV of the Regulation, replacing words and figures of "eMalyatko" integrated service according to Procedure for providing "eMalyatko" integrated service, approved by Resolution № 691 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 10.07.2019" with words and figures "complex electronic public service "eMalyatko" according to Procedure for providing complex electronic public service "eMalyatko", approved by Resolution № 853 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine as of 11.08.2023.
