State Tax Service established conduction of settlements without use of RRO/PRROChapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine draws attention of business entities involved in trade, public catering and services to the need to unconditionally comply with requirements of the Law of Ukraine № 265/95-VR as of 06.07.1995 "On use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, public catering and services" (with changes) regarding use of RRO/PRRO and issuance of relevant settlement documents (fiscal checks) during settlements.

Despite the information campaign of the State Tax Service regarding obligation to use RRО/PRRО by business entities that conduct settlements for sold products (provided services), not all taxpayers conscientiously comply with legislative requirements.

Territorial divisions of Tax audit of the State tax Service established numerous violations of settlement procedure during November – December 2023.
