Financial agents, attention!

State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds of the obligation of financial agents to inform to the email address:  FATCA@tax.gov.ua their e-mail address indicating code from the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations of Ukraine and GIIN identifier by February 1 of each reporting year. In case of a change of the e-mail address after the specified period, financial agent informs the State Tax Service within three working days.

(Paragraph 5 of Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine "On approval of Procedure for filling out and submitting report on accountable accounts by financial agents according to Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and Government of the United States of America to improve implementation of tax rules and application of provisions of the US "Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act" (FATCA)" № 496 dated 12.08.2020 as amended).
