General fund of the state budget received 6.6 billion UAH of excise tax in January Chapter: News

General fund of the State budget of Ukraine received excise tax on excise goods (products) produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine in the amount of 6.6 billion UAH in January 2024. This is 106.5 percent of revenue indicator set by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (budget additionally received 0.4 billion UAH) and by 1.1 billion UAH or 19.7 percent exceeds revenues of last January.

Fulfillment of revenue indicators was achieved due to additional excise tax revenues from:

imported tobacco products – by 1.2 billion UAH or 162.6 percent from the set task (1.9 billion UAH);

electricity produced in Ukraine – in the amount of 0.44 million UAH or 187.2 percent from the set task (0.5 billion UAH);

liquor, vodka and wine products produced in Ukraine – by 0.2 billion UAH or 130.4 percent from the set task (0.6 billion UAH).
