Sessional work of the State Tax Service and Office of Technical Assistance of the US Treasury Department continues

State Tax Service and Office of Technical Assistance of the US Treasury Department continue sessional work, as a part of which meeting of acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko with the OTA experts Phil Brand, Burt Snyder and Randy Vaughan was held.

Tetiana Kiriienko noted OTA’s significant contribution to already implemented joint projects, in particular, introduction of a single legal entity, modernization of Contact Center of the State Tax Service, as well as significant assistance currently provided in the process of reforming the Service in various directions according to the Work plan for 2022 – 2024.

Head of the OTA project of the US Treasury in Ukraine Phil Brand, in turn, noted high level of professionalism and interest of specialists of the State Tax Service in implementing the best international practices in work of the Service, readiness to exchange new ideas and implement innovations.  

In addition, during event, the anti-corruption direction of work of the State Tax Service was discussed, as well as the draft project of Customer Journey Mapping contacting the "Pulse" service. Participants identified separate functional directions for continuation of reforms and outlined formats for further cooperation.
