Representatives of the State Tax Service and experts of the World Bank discussed details of the Global survey of taxpayers 2024Chapter: News

Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and experts of the World Bank was devoted to conduction of the Global survey of taxpayers.

During the meeting, experts of the World Bank presented mechanism of conducting survey, focusing on preparatory measures, implementation of quality data collection, etc.

In particular, participants discussed possibilities of involving a wide audience of payers in the Global survey, including with participation of business associations.

The survey is scheduled to begin in March this year and continue until July. Based on its results, recommendations will be made for the State Tax Service in order to improve work in direction of taxpayer services.

Reminder! At the beginning of 2023, results of previous Global survey of taxpayers, which was conducted as a part of international technical assistance project "Swedish-Ukrainian partnership for modern and efficient tax service – METS", were presented. Independent assessment confirmed high level of trust and positive perception of the State Tax Service from the taxpayers’ point of view.
