General fund of the state budget received 8 billion UAH of excise tax in February 2024Chapter: News

General fund of the State budget of Ukraine received excise tax on excisable products (goods) produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine in the amount of 8 billion UAH in February 2024.

This is 101.5 percent of revenue indicator set by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (0.1 billion UAH was additionally received) and by 0.8 billion UAH or 10.9 percent exceeds the last February's revenues.

Fulfillment of revenue indicators was achieved due to additional excise tax revenues from:

tobacco products produced and imported to Ukraine, namely by 0.3 billion  UAH or 105.1 percent from the set task (5.2 billion UAH);

electricity produced in Ukraine – in the amount of 0.2 billion UAH or 131.7 percent from the set task (0.6 billion UAH);

liquor and alcohol products produced and imported to Ukraine – by 0.07 billion UAH or 111.4 percent from the set task (0.6 billion UAH).
