State Tax Service has processed 734 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2024Chapter: News

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 734 requests for public information over January – March 2024.

Of the total number, 655 request was received by e-mail, 76 by mail and 3 personally from the requester.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 441 requests. 244 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 5 from associations of citizens without legal entity’s status and 44 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 373 were provided with provision of information, 220 refused/delayed according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" and 117 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 77 from the total number of requests.
