State Tax Service detected trade with simulation of creation of settlement documents

State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that it is necessary to carry out any economic activity in compliance with requirements of current legislation, since their implementation is directly or indirectly related to replenishment of the state treasury and is a duty of every taxpayer of our country.

Unfortunately, some taxpayers neglect requirements of legal acts that establish procedure for making settlements in trade, public catering and services.

During active monitoring and analysis of information about business entities that make settlements with consumers, which is constantly carried out by the State Tax Service, the business entity was found that carried out trade in stores in one of regions of the state with imitation of use of software registrars of settlement operations (abb. PRRO) by using software that allows to distort information about made settlements.

According to the actual audit results, facts of non-payment through the PRRO were confirmed and, as a result, fine (financial sanction) in the amount of almost 2.73 million UAH will be applied to the taxpayer.

Also, taking into account the fact that the business entity used PRRO with software that allows distorting information about made settlements, the State Tax Service informed law enforcement agencies about detected cases.

State Tax Service once again reminds taxpayers that only appropriate level of legal culture and awareness organizing economic activities and paying taxes will not only help to avoid fines, but will also ensure the military needs (Armed Forces of Ukraine) in a fight against the enemy.
