General fund of the state budget received 11.6 billion UAH of excise tax in April Chapter: News

General fund of the State budget of Ukraine received excise tax on excisable products (goods) produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine in the amount of 11.6 billion UAH in April 2024.

This is 110.6 percent of revenue indicator set by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (1.1 billion UAH was additionally received) and by 1 billion UAH or 9 percent exceeds revenue of April last year.

Fulfillment of revenue indicators was achieved due to additional excise tax revenues from:

tobacco products produced and imported to Ukraine, namely by 1.2 billion  UAH or 124.1 percent from the set task (4.8 billion UAH);

electricity produced in Ukraine – in the amount of 0.4 billion UAH or 182.4 percent from the set task (0.5 billion UAH);

liquor and alcohol products produced and imported to Ukraine – by 0.2 billion UAH or 130.1 percent from the set task (0.8 billion UAH).
