To the attention of business entities involved in sale of products and beverages that use vending equipment

State Tax Service of Ukraine expresses its gratitude to business entities involved in sale of products and beverages that use vending equipment for their high level of tax culture and awareness in organizing their business activities.

Due to conscientious fulfillment of requirements of current legislation of Ukraine, as of 01.05.2024, such business entities ensured registration and successful use of 5060 RRО/PRRО on vending equipment.

It should be noted that the State Tax Service of Ukraine and its territorial bodies, during organization of actual audits, are guided exclusively by a risk-oriented approach and carry out audits of only those business units, about which there is no information regarding their fiscalization in the information and communication systems of the State Tax Service.

Territorial bodies of the State Tax Service have carried out 120 actual audits of business entities that carry out activities in sale of products and beverages with use of vending equipment, during which 120 cases of violations of settlement procedure, defined by the Law of Ukraine "On the use of registrars of settlement operations in trade, public catering and services", have been confirmed since the beginning of 2024.

Further work in this direction is ongoing and has a permanent and systematic character.
