Representatives of the State Tax Service learned experience of Lithuanian colleaguesChapter: News

Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in training events devoted to the tax debt administration, operational risk management and IT solutions, which took place in Vilnius (Republic of Lithuania), within the framework of the "Public Finance Management Programme in Ukraine" (EU4PFM) project.

Participants reviewed national legislation of the Republic of Lithuania, strategies, implemented IT solutions, business processes regarding the most effective decisions made by the Lithuanian colleagues in areas of the tax debt administration, risk management, and tax audits. 

Specifically, representatives of the State Tax Service received useful information about tools and approaches to the introduction of tax compliance, risk management and practice of introducing electronic audits based on the standard audit file (SAF-T).

Participation in such events allows representatives of the State Tax Service to find new opportunities and improve practice of the tax debt collection, risk management, tax audits and implementation of the electronic audit (e-audit).
