State Tax Service of Ukraine reminds that for implementation of Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and Government of the United States of America to improve execution of tax rules and application of provisions of the US Law 2023 “Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act” (FATCA), there is ongoing FATCA reporting campaign.

Submission deadline is 00 hours 00 minutes (Kyiv time) on July 1, 2024.

All questions that arise in reporting can be answered by electronic means to email addresses of the State Tax Service: FATCA@tax.gov.ua and info_FATCA@tax.gov.ua.

We are asking all financial agents who are accountable to FATCA to get involved to the timely submission of reports.
