From the moment of concluding employment contract, you are employee who has labor rights and social guarantees.

Are you penalized for being late or inefficient? Declared employment protects you from abuse from the employer. For violation of labor discipline, the law provides for only two punishments: reprimand or dismissal.

Material liability is charged in case of substantial damages resulting from wrongful acts or omissions and deductions cannot exceed 20% of salary. You have to live for something.
