To the attention of Accountable Financial Institutions

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs Accountable Financial Institutions that according to part 2 of Sub-paragraph 7 Paragraph 5 Section II "Procedure for applying the common reporting standard and due verification of information on financial accounts (Common Standard on Reporting and Due Diligence for Financial Account Information)", approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 282 as of 26.05.2023, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 29.06.2024 under № 1090/40146, the State Tax Service has published List of Reporting Jurisdictions (Participating Jurisdictions) with which Ukraine will exchange information on accountable financial accounts for purposes of the CRS Multilateral Agreement.

Also, the State Tax Service casually reminds Accountable Financial Institutions that according to Paragraph 2 of Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 516 as of 25.09.2023 "On approval of Procedure for filling out and submitting report on accountable accounts by financial agents according to the multilateral agreement of competent authorities on the automatic exchange of information on financial accounts" the first report on accountable accounts for the reporting period beginning on July 1, 2023 and ending on December 31, 2023, must be submitted by July 1, 2024.
