Changes to procedures approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1165 as of 11.12.2019 have been introduced

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs about entry into force of Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 703 as of 13.06.2024 "On amendments to procedures approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 1165 as of 11.12.2019", developed according to the Law of Ukraine № 3603-IX as of 23.02.2024 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding improvement of online communication with taxpayers and clarification of certain legislative provisions".

Changes provide for the possibility of communication of the VAT payer or representative with commission on registration suspension of tax invoice / adjustment calculation in the Unified register of tax invoices of the State Tax Service of Ukraine without personal presence using video communication tools to implement the possibility of listening to the taxpayer’s position or his/her representative during appeal of decisions of commission on registration suspension of tax invoice / adjustment calculation of State Tax Service’s territorial bodies.
