General fund of the state budget received 11.4 billion UAH of excise tax in MayChapter: News

General fund of the State budget of Ukraine received excise tax on excise goods (products) produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine in the amount of 11.4 billion UAH in May 2024. This is 102.8 percent of revenue indicator, set by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (additional 0.3 billion UAH was transferred), and by 1.2 billion UAH or 12 percent exceeds revenues of May last year.

Fulfillment of revenue indicators was achieved due to additional revenue from excise tax on goods produced in Ukraine:

tobacco products – by 1.4 billion UAH or 125.7 percent from the set task (5.5 billion UAH);

liquor and vodka products – by 0.1 billion UAH or 124.6 percent from the set task (0.6 billion UAH).
