State Tax Service maintains constructive dialogue with taxpayers to solve tax dispute resolutionChapter: News

Particular matters of law enforcement in tax disputes was the topic of discussion panel organized by the Committee of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy, in which representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine took part.

During the professional discussion, problems of application of legal norms in tax relations and ways of solving controversial issues, taking into account interests of the state and society, were considered.

"Format in which meeting is held confirms our belief that only joint efforts of taxpayers and authorities can ensure financial stability and increase budget revenues, which is extremely important for functioning of our state. And protection of state’s interests and protection of taxpayers’ rights depend on fair decisions in tax disputes" – stated acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko.

She emphasized that the State Tax Service is always ready for open constructive dialogue in all aspects of its activities to improve work of tax administration, in particular, resolution of tax disputes.

Participants of the event, among other things, discussed peculiarities of judicial review of disputes regarding appeal of tax notifications-decisions, registration of tax invoices/adjustment calculations, transfer pricing and international taxation.
