To the attention of subjects of foreign economic activity that carry out product export! Chapter: News
State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that the National Bank of Ukraine, based on Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine № 76-r as of 13.02.2019 "On approval of the list of products and (or) sectors of economy for which the National Bank has a right to establish exceptions and (or) peculiarities of the introduction of protection measure provided for by Clause 1 of Part 1 Article 13 of the Law of Ukraine "On currency and currency transactions" established new settlement terms for product export classified by codes according to Ukrainian classification of the foreign economic activity products:
- 1001 (wheat and a mixture of wheat and rye (meslin),
- 1002 (rye),
- 1003 (barley),
- 1004 (oats),
- 1005 (maize),
- 1201 (soybeans),
- 1205 (rape seed),
- 1206 00 (sunflower seeds),
- 1507 (soybean oil),
- 1512 (sunflower oil),
- 1514 (rapeseed or mustard oil),
- 2306 (byproduct of oil extraction).
According to Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine № 84 as of 09.07.2024 (hereinafter – Resolution № 84), amendments were made to Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine № 67 as of 14.05.2019 "On establishing exceptions and (or) peculiarities of introduction of settlement deadlines for export and import of products and amendments to some regulatory legal acts" (hereinafter – Resolution № 67), namely: Paragraph 12 is set out in the new wording:
"12. Settlement deadlines for product export classified by codes according to Ukrainian classification of the foreign economic activity products: 1001, 1002, 1003, 1004, 1005, 1201, 1205, 1206 00, 1507, 1512, 1514, 2306 are:
90 calendar days and apply to operations carried out from 11 November 2023 to 11 July 2024 inclusively;
120 calendar days and apply to operations carried out from July 12, 2024."
In addition, Resolution № 84 added list of imported products that are imported to Ukraine and that are not subject to settlement deadlines specified in Paragraph 21 of Section II of Regulations on protection measures and determination of procedure for carrying out individual transactions in foreign currency, approved by Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine № 5 as of 02.01.2019, and in Paragraph 142 of Resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine № 18 as of 24.02.2022 "On operation of banking system during the martial law".
It should be noted that amendments to Resolution № 67 entered into force on 11.07.2024.
