Filling budgets of all levels in the cross-section of economic sectors in January – August 2024

The biggest share in January – August 2024 in payment of taxes, levies and payments (collection) to the Consolidated budget of Ukraine is payment made by business entities in the following industries:   

"Processing industry" – 16.3% from the general collection to the Consolidated budget of Ukraine;  

"Whole and retail sale; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles" – 15.9%;

"Financial and insurance activities" – 11.8%;         

"State administration and defense; obligatory social insurance" – 11%;

The biggest increase in payment in January – August 2024 relative to January – August 2023 occurred in the following industries:  

"Financial and insurance activities" – increase by 2.6 times or +83.3 billion UAH;

"Whole and retail sale; repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles" – increase by 23% or +33.7 billion UAH;

"Processing industry" – increase  by 20.4% or +31.4 billion UAH;

"Professional, scientific and technical activities" – increase by 66.1% or +20.8 billion UAH.
