Expanding of the tax control possibilities: State Tax Service with the EU4PFM’s support introduces innovative IT solution for processing large data sets in the transfer pricing sphere

Main goal of project is automation of tax control procedures to ensure compliance with conditions of controlled operations to the "arm's length" principle. Given Ukraine’s aspirations for the EU integration, compliance with OECD’s transfer pricing recommendations for multinational companies and tax authorities is extremely important.

Introduction of the IT system is important for increasing efficiency of tax control over compliance with the transfer pricing rules, as it will allow to automatically analyze millions of lines of data that were previously processed manually, integrate information from different systems, calculate risks of non-compliance with conditions of controlled operations to the "arm's length" principle, including for conducting compliance measures with the taxpayers, ensuring reduction in the number of tax violations and litigation, minimizing impact of the "human factor".

New IT solution will be introduced in work of the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the near future.
