Employees of the State Tax Service conduct audits on compliance with settlement procedure in the trade sphere

State Tax Service of Ukraine, within the scope of control functions assigned to it, informs that as of today its Main Directorates in regions carry out actual audits of business entities that sell technically complex household products, including Apple appliances, with issues of compliance with settlement procedure in the trade sphere, including proper use of registrars of settlement operations/its software version.

On the basis of Paragraph 80.8 Article 80 of the Tax Code, employees of the State Tax Service conduct timekeeping-observations of settlements at the most economic units of the specified category of business entities.

Along with this, some unscrupulous business entities artificially reformatted process of product sale and offered buyers to make payment and receive equipment directly outside the stores where it is presented.

In this regard, the State Tax Service appeals to consumers to show conscious civic attitude, not to agree to such offers, to pay for products exclusively in store premises, and to demand fiscal check from sellers of products each time in order to protect their rights and interests of the state.

We also ask citizens to inform about the facts described above:
