State Tax Service cooperates with European colleagues in the tax debt management sphere

Acting First Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Vladyslav Bugasov took part in meeting of Forum of the Intra-European Organization of Tax Administrations (IOTA) on Tax debt management "Step into the future of tax debt management using the latest technologies".

Representatives of tax administrations, during event, presented the latest achievements in tax debt collection from the hard-to-recover assets and shared practical examples of effective debt collection from the non-typical assets.

According to Vladyslav Bugasov, forum format provided opportunity for all participants to discuss problems they face during the tax debt collection, as well as to exchange experience in applying innovative measures for effective collection and tax debt return.

Strategies and innovative methods of tax debt management using advanced technology and data analysis were also discussed.

Participants of the event particularly shared practical examples of using advanced technologies and sophisticated data analysis to optimize tax debt management processes for effective identification of potential debtors, risk assessment and optimization of the tax debt collection measures.

Auxiliary mechanisms for successful debt management, including artificial intelligence, data analysis tools, new methods and technologies, etc., were not left out of attention.
