Undeclared employees – there is a risk of losing money!

Registration of labor relations with employees according to the law, paying taxes and single contribution to obligatory state social insurance is a strong defense of Ukraine, economic development, improvement of investment climate, increase in level of social security, well-being of every family and decent working conditions for everyone.

Employees of the actual audit units of territorial bodies of the State Tax Service established and transferred to the State Labor Service of Ukraine information on more than 8500 facts of use of hired labor by employers without registration of labor relations during 2024.

For violations of labor legislation, territorial bodies of the State Labor Service issued resolutions imposing a fine of about 43.6 million UAH on such business entities.
