State Tax Service has processed 1869 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2024

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 1869 requests for public information over January – September 2024.

Of the total number, 1625 request was received by e-mail, 228 by mail, 13 personally from the requester and 3 by the telephone.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1050 requests. 687 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 5 from associations of citizens without legal entity’s status and 127 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 891 were provided with provision of information, 586 refused according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" and 351were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 79.1 percent from the total number of requests.
