Cooperation between specialists of the State Tax Service and foreign colleagues continues

Educational visit of representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine to the Finnish Tax Administration (VERO) has been completed. Parties, during the visit, exchanged the best practices, in particular, representatives of the Finnish side presented VERO approach to the project management, strategic management and change management.

Within the framework of event, a series of meetings were held with representatives of various areas of the VERO’s work, including increasing level of the taxpayers’ trust and discussing work of directorates regarding the proper management of institutional risks.

According to the results of visit, taking into account the VERO’s outstanding achievements regarding level of the taxpayers’ trust, participants agreed on further cooperation in the implementation of modern solutions and approaches of effective management of tax administrations.
