Inform the State Tax Service about violations of consumer rights regarding issuance of fiscal checks

State Tax Service of Ukraine appeals to consumers to show a conscious civic attitude – to demand fiscal check from sellers every time to protect their rights, to avoid dubious places of trade, as well as those that do not issue fiscal checks for purchases.

If consumers have information about the fact that sellers did not issue fiscal checks, issued fiscal checks that indicated wrong amount or lacked information about part of the purchased products (especially excisable products), facts of refusal to pay by the bank card, such information should be sent to the State Tax Service, in particular:

to the postal address of the State Tax Service: 04053, Kyiv, Lvivska square, building 8 or address of relevant territorial body of the State Tax Service according to requirements of the Law of Ukraine "On citizens’ appeals"; 

through Contact Center of the State Tax Service by phone 0 800 501 007, by successively pressing buttons "5" and "2" on the interactive voice answering machine (no written complaint is required);

using the Internet, electronic communication means, by sending to the e-mail address zvernennya_dps@tax.gov.ua in the form of a scanned copy or photocopy of a written application with the applicant's signature indicating date and residence place or signed with a qualified electronic signature.

Please note that compliance with requirements of current legislation of Ukraine is a duty of every citizen of our country. Funds paid to the state budget ensure financing of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, implementation of social guarantees by the state, in particular, provision of timely payments to temporarily displaced persons and other socially vulnerable population groups.
