Consolidated budget received 1 268.3 billion UAH in January – October 2024

Taxpayers continue conscientiously support our state by dutifully paid taxes. Thanks to their responsible citizenship and patriotism, budget steadily receives such necessary funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine and social payments to our citizens.

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 1 268.3billion UAH in January – October 2024 according to operational data. State budget received 916.2 billion UAH, local budgets received 352.1 billion UAH.  

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 831.1 billion UAH in January – October 2024. Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues of general fund of the state budget were fulfilled by 108.7%. Herewith, VAT was reimbursed to payers’ accounts in the amount of 124.9 billion UAH.          

In terms of taxes, scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine were exceeded from the corporate income tax by 1.4 times (+63 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 6.5 percent (+10.8 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 3.5 percent (+3.6 billion UAH).

In terms of main payments in January – October 2024, the increase compared to January – October 2023 is from the corporate income tax, namely 1.9 times (+98.4 billion UAH), value added tax on products (works, services) produced in Ukraine, taking into account budget compensation – by 31.2 percent (+52.8 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 27.1 percent (+37.9 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 24 percent (+21.1 billion UAH).   

Revenues (balance) to the consolidated budget in October 2024 from payments controlled by the State Tax Service amounted to 115.3 billion UAH, including 74.1 billion UAH to the state budget, 41.2 billion UAH to local budgets.

Revenues (balance) to general fund of the state budget amounted to 69 billion UAH in October 2024. Exceeding of scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine for revenues to general fund of the state budget is 0.7 percent, additional revenues to the budget amounted to 0.5 billion UAH. 15.3 billion UAH of the VAT was reimbursed to payers’ accounts.  

Scheduled indicators of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine were fully met from the income tax, namely 2 times (+3.1 billion UAH), levy and personal income tax – 110.7 percent (+2.2 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 104.8 percent (+0.5 billion UAH).  

In terms of main payments in October 2024, the increase compared to September 2023 is from the levy and personal income tax – by 1.6 times (+8.3 billion UAH), income tax – by 2.4 times (+3.6 billion UAH), excise tax on produced and imported goods (products) – 41 percent (+3.3 billion UAH),  value added tax on products (works, services) produced in Ukraine, taking into account budget compensation – 6.9 percent (+1.6 billion UAH), rent payment – 16.4 percent (+0.4 billion UAH).
