Representatives of the State Tax Service took part in the IOTA forum regarding the human resource management

Representatives of the State Tax Service of Ukraine took part in the Intra-European Organization of Tax Administrations (IOTA) forum regarding the human resource management on the topic "Creating a people-oriented organization ready for the future", which was held in the Budapest city (Hungary).

Within the event scope, representatives of the State Tax Service presented their experience in development of corporate culture and determination of core values ​​based on the conducted surveys, approval of the basic rules of the State Tax Service’s corporate culture.

Model for adaptation of new employees, their training and relevant briefings, performance evaluation and team involvement was also presented.

Representatives of the State Tax Service got acquainted with the best practices of their colleagues regarding forms of work, continuous learning, diversity and inclusion, safety and well-being, impact of effective people-oriented organization, successful employer branding strategies, onboarding and mentoring programs, encouraging collective responsibility, enhancing corporate values ​​and culture in tax administrations – the IOTA members.
