General fund of the state budget received 11.4 billion UAH of excise tax in October

General fund of the State budget of Ukraine received excise tax on excise goods (products) produced in Ukraine and imported to the customs territory of Ukraine in the amount of 11.4 billion UAH in October 2024. This is 104.8 percent of revenue indicator, set by the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine (additional 0.5 billion UAH was transferred). Compared to the corresponding period last year, revenues increased by 27.4 percent or by 2.5 billion hryvnias UAH.

Fulfillment of revenue indicators was achieved due to additional revenue from excise tax on goods (products) produced in Ukraine:

tobacco products – by 0.5 billion UAH or 107 percent from the set task (7.4 billion UAH);

liquor and vodka products – by 0.2 billion UAH or 123.5 percent from the set task (0.8 billion UAH);

electric energy – by 0.24 billion UAH or 145.2 percent from the set task (0.5 billion UAH).
