State Tax Service has processed 2067 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2024

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 2067 requests for public information over January – October 2024.

Of the total number, 1804 request was received by e-mail, 245 by mail, 15 personally from the requester and 3 by the telephone.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1157 requests. 759 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 5 from associations of citizens without legal entity’s status and 146 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 995 were provided with provision of information, 657 refused according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" and 381 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 79.8 percent from the total number of requests.
