Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and the European Business Association: benefits for participants of the Territory of high tax trust level

What benefits the state provides to the taxpayers and project of the State Tax Service "Territory of high tax trust level" were discussed during the meeting between representatives of the State Tax Service and the European Business Association.

"Among the benefits for business entities that will be included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation are moratorium on some types of documentary and actual audits, reduction in the audit terms for budgetary refunding and terms of providing individual tax consultations. Personal compliance manager will help to eliminate risks of tax law violations, correct reporting errors, and develop optimal personalized tax planning solutions" – stated acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur.

According to him, such List will include both legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs who meet certain requirements and criteria. Procedure for calculating criteria for including taxpayers in the List was approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance № 495 as of 07.10.2024.

Particularly, among the requirements and criteria are timeliness and completeness of the taxpayer’s tax obligations, absence of special economic and other restrictive measures, level of tax payment, amount of salary, etc.
