Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and Public Organization "All-Ukrainian Accounting Club": discussed project "Territory of high tax trust level"

What help can be get from the compliance manager and how to become participant in project "Territory of high tax trust level" was discussed by the acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur during the meeting with representatives of the Public Organization "All-Ukrainian Accounting Club".

It was about innovations provided for by the Law of Ukraine № 3813-IX as of 18.06.2024 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the tax administration peculiarities during the martial law for taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation".

A number of tax benefits are provided for business entities that will be included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation. Moratorium is introduced for them on some types of documentary and actual audits, audits terms for budgetary reimbursement and terms of providing individual tax consultations are reduced, and personal compliance manager is assigned to each payer.

"Specialists of the State Tax Service of Ukraine created special resource – sub-site of the State Tax Service of Ukraine “Territory of high tax trust level”, which contains all information on the introduced innovations. Taxpayers can find out how to become the project’s participant, what requirements must be met, what benefits can be obtained, check their own indicators, and analyze their industry" – stated Yevhenii Sokur.

According to him, every taxpayer who is included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation will receive personal assistant – compliance manager. This is the Tax Service’s employee who will answer all payers’ questions about paying taxes, help avoid risks of tax law violations, mistakes in reporting, develop optimal personalized tax planning solutions, etc.

All contact information about the compliance manager will be sent to private part of the Electronic cabinet and payers will be able to choose a convenient format of interaction and frequency of communications.
