Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and Ukrainian Association of Light Industry Enterprises: about the State Tax Service’s project "Territory of high tax trust level"

Advantages received by participants of the State Tax Service’s project "Territory of high tax trust level" and business assistance from the state were discussed by acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur during the meeting with representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Light Industry Enterprises.

"In conditions of the martial law, business that continues to work and pay taxes needs support from the state. For this purpose that legislative novations provide tax administration peculiarities for business entities that will be included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation and will become participants in the new State Tax Service’s project" – stated Yevhenii Sokur.

According to him, a number of tax advantages are provided for such payers: moratorium on some types of documentary and actual audits, shortening of the audit terms for budgetary reimbursement and terms of providing individual tax consultations.

Also, each taxpayer will have personal compliance manager – Tax Service’s employee who will answer all the taxpayer’s questions about paying taxes, help avoid risks of tax law violations, reporting errors, develop optimal personalized tax planning solutions, etc.

All contact information about compliance manager will be sent to private part of the Electronic cabinet, and payers will be able to choose a convenient format of interaction and frequency of communications themselves.

Taxpayers can learn how to become the project participant, what requirements must be met, what benefits can be obtained, check their own indicators, analyze their industry, etc.

Yevhenii Sokur informed the audience about criteria that business entities must meet in order to be included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation, procedure for calculating the specified criteria and invited representatives of the Ukrainian Association of Light Industry Enterprises to join the State Tax Service’s project "Territory of high tax trust level".
