Meeting of representatives of the State Tax Service and Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine: advantages of the "Territory of high tax trust level"

How to join the State Tax Service’s project "Territory of high tax trust level" and take advantage of its advantages was explained by acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur during the meeting with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Ukraine.

This project was implemented by the State Tax Service in order to implement norms of the Law of Ukraine № 3813-IX as of 18.06.2024 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine regarding the tax administration peculiarities during the martial law for taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation".

"A number of advantages are provided for business entities that will be included in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation. This is a moratorium on some audit types, reduction in the audit terms for budgetary reimbursement and terms of providing individual tax consultations, personal compliance manager who will help develop optimal personalized tax planning solutions and eliminate risks of violations of tax legislation" – stated acting Deputy Head of the State Tax Service Yevhenii Sokur.

According to him, such List will include both legal entities and individuals-entrepreneurs who meet certain requirements and criteria. Procedure for calculating criteria for including taxpayers in the List was approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance № 495 as of 07.10.2024.

Specifically, among the requirements and criteria are the taxpayer’s timeliness and completeness of tax obligations, absence of special economic and other restrictive measures, level of tax payment, amount of salaries, etc.
