Specialists of the State Tax Service learn best practices in using global financial instruments

As a part of implementation of the joint Work plan between the Office of Technical Assistance of the US Treasury Department (OTA) and the State Tax Service of Ukraine for 2023-2024, a series of seminars for tax professionals on the topic: "Introduction to global financial instruments" has begun.

OTA experts, during events, will familiarize specialists involved in auditing work in the international taxation and working with large taxpayers with the best global practices in use of global financial instruments.

During the event opening, acting Head of the State Tax Service Tetiana Kiriienko thanked OTA experts for their reliable support and cooperation aimed at reforming and developing the State Tax Service.

"Knowledges gained by specialists of the State Tax Service at the seminar will help in implementation of tax policy measures of the National Revenue Strategy until 2030, particularly regarding improvement of the transfer pricing rules, bringing corporate taxation rules into line with the EU legislation, and implementing rules aimed at combating tax evasion" – emphasized Tetiana Kiriienko.

Reminder! At the end of 2023, the Government approved National Revenue Strategy until 2030 – a roadmap for reforming tax system, aimed at improving tax administration procedures necessary to ensure potential to meet fiscal needs in the medium term.
