On approval of forms of registration documents for obtaining qualified electronic trust services

In connection with entry into force of Amendment № 1 to Regulations of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service of Ukraine on 09.12.2024, it should be informed that Order of the State Tax Service of Ukraine № 885 as of 02.12.2024 "On amendments to the Order of the State Tax Service of Ukraine № 930 as of 21.12.2022" approved Agreement on the provision of qualified electronic trust services and updated forms of registration documents for obtaining qualified electronic trust services, in particular, according to the international algorithms.

New forms of registration documents for obtaining qualified electronic trust services must be used from 09.12.2024.

Forms of registration documents of the previous sample will be accepted by separate registration points of users of the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service of Ukraine until December 13, 2024 inclusively.

It is available to view and download current forms of registration documents in the "Receipt of electronic trust services" of section on the Qualified Provider of Electronic Trust Services of the State Tax Service’s website: https://ca.tax.gov.ua.
