Regarding changes in the notification on taxation objects or objects related to taxation or through which activities are carried out according to form № 20-OPP

State Tax Service of Ukraine informs that Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 470 as of 27.09.2024 “On approval of amendments to Accounting procedure of taxpayers and levies”, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on 14.10.2024 under № 1546/42891, in particular, changes have been made to the Notification on taxation objects or objects related to taxation or through which activities are carried, in form № 20-OPP, namely:

title has been changed to: “Application on taxation objects or objects related to taxation or through which activities are carried out” (hereinafter – Application № 20-OPP);

fields that provide information regarding location address of taxation object have been structured.

Please note that it is not necessary to re-report taxation objects or objects related to taxation or through which activities are carried out, which taxpayers have already notified the controlling authorities before adoption of these changes, by submitting Application № 20-OPP in the new form.
