State Tax Service has processed 2239 requests for obtaining public information since the beginning of 2024

State Tax Service of Ukraine has processed 2239 requests for public information over January – November 2024.

Of the total number, 1957 requests were received by e-mail, 263 by mail, 16 personally from the requester and 3 by the telephone.

The biggest number of requests for obtaining public information came from individuals, namely 1254 requests. 822 requests for public information were received from legal entities, 5 from associations of citizens without legal entity’s status and 158 from mass media representatives.

According to the consideration results of requests: 1097 were provided with provision of information, 705 refused according to Article 22 of the Law of Ukraine № 2939-VI as of 13.01.2011 "On access to public information" and 409 were sent to appropriate information managers.

The vast majority of inquirers were interested in tax information, namely 80.4 percent from the total number of requests.
