EU4PFM supported the State Tax Service of Ukraine in the introduction of a unique Big Data Transfer Pricing IT system to monitor foreign economic operations for compliance with the transfer pricing rules. This system helps identify risky operations used by the transnational companies to shift profits from Ukraine to the low-tax jurisdictions.
