To the attention taxpayers on the simplified taxation system!

Law of Ukraine №4113-IХ as of 04.12.2024 "On amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine on stimulating development of digital economy in Ukraine" provides that taxpayers, who are on the simplified taxation system, will pay military levy from 01.01.2025.

Budget accounts have been opened for its payment:

legal entities (Group III) – according to the budget revenue classification code 11011800 “Military levy payable by legal entities subject to the simplified taxation system (Group III)”;

individuals-entrepreneurs (single tax payers) – according to the budget revenue classification code 11011700 "Military levy payable by individuals-entrepreneurs on the simplified taxation system".
