Employees of the State Tax Service established more than 11 thousand cases of hired employment without formalizing employment relations in 2024

Employees of the State Tax Service established more than 11 thousand facts of employers using hired employment without registering employment relations during 2024. This information was transferred to the State Labor Service of Ukraine.

In addition, as a result of audits, more than 7 thousand employees additionally registered their employment relationships.

Tax authorities are focusing on legalizing labor relations, salaries and combating hidden employment. Official employment has a number of advantages for the employee.

Official work is counted towards the employee’s insurance experience and will affect pension amount.

Those who were officially employed and lost their jobs can register in employment centers and receive support from the state.

Women who have given birth to a child have a right to take parental leave for up to three years while maintaining their position.

It should be emphasized that solving this problem requires joint efforts – both by the state and employees themselves.

After all, in conditions of a full-scale war, one of the important factors for victory is support of the state, which directs all its capabilities to providing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Everyone must understand that declared employment is a path to free, independent, economically strong state.
