Step-by-step video instruction on the process of passing tax invoices in the Risk assessment criteria monitoring system: Ruslan Kravchenko explained the operation rules

To simplify business operations, the State Tax Service has created a video instruction that explains step-by-step process of passing tax invoices and adjustment calculations in the Risk assessment criteria monitoring system. 

Head of the State Tax Service of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko wrote about this on his Facebook page. 

"Principle of openness and support for responsible business are key priorities in work of the State Tax Service. One of the painful questions for business is blocking of tax invoices. Therefore, I decided that it is worth clearly explaining rules and mechanisms of this process. With the new State Tax Service’s team, we strive to protect business from unfair decisions" – noted Ruslan Kravchenko. 

For this purpose, a video instruction was created that explains in detail:

-Path that tax invoices and adjustment calculations undergo in the Risk assessment criteria monitoring system.

- Main signs and criteria by which invoices can be blocked.

- Advices regarding how to avoid blocking.

These rules are not new – they have existed for a long time, but their systematization and publication in the public domain are necessary so that every entrepreneur can familiarize themselves with them and understand why the tax invoice can be blocked and how to avoid this.

"In parallel, we are working on clarifying criteria for the taxpayer risk. Business entities must clearly understand why they may be included in the list of risky business entities, and what actions they should take in such situation" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.
