Personal Income tax and single social contribution reporting is now monthly – Ministry of Finance approved a new form

Starting from 2025, tax calculation of the personal income tax and single social contribution must be submitted monthly, not quarterly, as was the case before. The Ministry of Finance of Ukraine has approved a new form for calculating amounts of the personal income tax and single contribution for obligatory state social insurance and updated procedure for its completion and submission.

Changes apply to all enterprises and individuals-entrepreneurs who pay income to individuals.

When to submit a report:

- until February 10, 2025, reports for the IV quarter of 2024 are submitted using the old form;

- until February 20, 2025, report must be submitted for January 2025 using the new form.

New report form includes basic calculation and several annexes:

1. Annex 1 – information regarding the single social contribution.

2. Annex 4DF – information regarding income.

3. Annex 5 – information regarding employment relations.

4. Annex 6 – data on special experience.

Monthly submission of report in the new form will facilitate control over budget revenues.
