Ruslan Kravchenko in Dnipro instructed tax officials to intensify communication with businesses regarding methods of unblocking tax invoices and excluding them from the risky category

Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko held a meeting with 70 representatives of enterprises of the Dnipropetrovsk region. Together with Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Serhii Lysak, they discussed problems of entrepreneurship in the region and ways to solve them.

One of the main issues once again became groundless block of tax invoices and inclusion of enterprises in the list of risky ones.

"Business does not understand why it is classified as risky. No one explains what the problem is and what to do to fix the situation. Enterprises cannot resolve this issue for months and even years. If enterprise has problems with documents, it is enough to simply call and explain. Business will be grateful" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.

Situation of one of the enterprises was discussed during event, which created 300 working places, but for 1.5 years has not been able to leave category of risky enterprises.

"Unfortunately, Head of the Eastern Interregional Directorate of the State Tax Service for Work with Large Taxpayers was also unable to explain what the problem is. Personnel decisions will be appropriate" – outlined Head of the State Tax Service.

He also emphasized that by the end of week, in order to eliminate such problems, Heads of all regional directorates should organize advisory centers for business, where enterprises will be able to receive necessary assistance in resolving block of invoices and exclusion from the list of risky ones. 

Each of them will employ 5-10 specialists who will provide explanations to business. By the way, regional administration of the Dnipropetrovsk region is already promptly organizing this work.  

"We are implementing a new approach to further stop unjustified blocking. We have already proven that it is possible to exceed the plan without increasing block of invoices and without increasing number of risky enterprises" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.
