The first underground section of the Taxpayer Service Center for providing administrative services has been opened in Ukraine. Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko announced this on his Facebook page.
“Section has started working in Kharkiv, city that is constantly under attack by the russian aggressor. This is a joint initiative of the State Tax Service and Kharkiv city’s government. In this way, we will ensure continuous provision of tax services in safe conditions for residents of the city and Kharkiv region” - noted Head of the State Tax Service.
Section is located in the underground pedestrian crossing of the “Naukova” metro station.
Currently, the most popular services available there are:
- issuance of the taxpayer card;
- entry of data regarding registration number of the taxpayer's registration card into the passport (in the booklet form);
- making a note about the possibility of making payments by the passport series and number;
- obtaining information from the State register of individuals – taxpayers about income and paid taxes.
If necessary, the list of services will be expanded.
Ruslan Kravchenko also reported that in the near future it is planned to open similarly secure Taxpayer Service Center in a lobby of the “Yaroslav Mudry” metro station.
