Ruslan Kravchenko: We have the first positive working results of consulting centers on unblocking tax invoices

As of today, there are 29 consulting centers operating in the State Tax Service, which provide comprehensive assistance to the taxpayers in unblocking tax invoices and removing enterprises from category of risky ones.

This was stated by Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko during meeting with 130 business representatives, business associations and public organizations of Lviv region, which was also attended by Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration Maksym Kozytskyi.

According to Head of the Service, such centers are in demand among business. Particularly, in Lviv region alone, the number of 3835 tax invoices was unblocked in a little more than a week and a half.

"We strive to help as much as possible. But if someone, for example, registers diapers and at the exit – grain, we will block. In general, since the beginning of year, the number of blocked invoices has decreased to 0.44%, almost 9 thousand enterprises have been removed from the list of risky ones" – emphasized Ruslan Kravchenko.

To systematically solve problems, tax officials are already working on a package of changes to improve efficiency of the Monitoring system for compliance of tax invoices / adjustment calculations with the risk assessment criteria.

Head of the State Tax Service additionally focused on the State Tax Service’s implementation of the court decisions.

"My position is unchanged – I am a supporter of the pre-trial settlement of disputes. But if the court has made a decision, the tax authority must implement it. This is a principle that the entire team adheres to" – outlined Ruslan Kravchenko.

He also noted that, taking into account numerous business suggestions, the State Tax Service is actively working on making changes to criteria for including enterprises in the List of taxpayers with a high level of voluntary compliance with tax legislation.
