By what form identifiers does a tax agent submit Tax calculation * and annex 4DF to it in the electronic form?

Tax calculation has been assigned with form identifiers J0500110 for legal entities and F0500110 for individuals and Annex 4DF "Information on the amounts of accrued income, withheld and paid personal income tax and military levy" – form identifiers J0510410 and F0510410, respectively.
For Tax calculation using the specified form identifiers, the first reporting (tax) period is January 2025.
Electronic document forms are developed according to the approved standard based on the eXtensibleMarkupLanguage specification (XML).
Electronic forms are posted on the State Tax Service’s web portal in section: “Electronic reporting” → “To the taxpayers about electronic reporting” → “Information and analytical support” → “Register of electronic forms of tax documents”.
* form of the Tax calculation of the amounts of income accrued (paid) in favor of taxpayers - individuals, and amounts of tax withheld from them, as well as amounts of accrued single contribution, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 4 as of 13.01.2015 with changes made by Order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine № 39as of 24.01.2025.
