Citizens have received more than 625 thousand information regarding income and taxes paid in the electronic form since the beginning of year. Now, a request by which individuals can obtain information regarding sources and amounts of accrued income, accrued (transferred) tax and military levy from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers can also be generated for separate months.
How to submit a request
in a mobile application "My Tax Service":
- log in with a file or cloud-based qualified electronic signature, DiiaSignature;
- select mode "Receive information on the amount of paid income" in the "Services" section;
- click "CREATE" and specify period (month and year) for which it is needed to receive information;
- sign with a qualified electronic signature.

In the Electronic cabinet:
- identify yourself using a file or "cloud" qualified electronic signature, or through the Integrated electronic identification system – id.gov.ua (MobileID or BankID);
- select section "Request for amounts of paid income" in the "Electronic cabinet for citizens" menu;
- specify period (month and year) for which it is needed to receive information;
- sign with a qualified electronic signature.
Information from the State Register of Individuals – Taxpayers can be obtained:
- starting from 01.01.1998;
- for period until 01.01.2021 – quarterly, from 01.01.2021 – monthly;
- for any five years;
- for the last reporting period (month) – 25 days after its end.
