Ruslan Kravchenko: Within framework of the "Pulse" platform, businessewill be able to evaluate interaction with state bodies in the taxpayer’s Electronic cabinet

Within framework of the "Pulse" platform, business will be able to evaluate interaction with state bodies in the taxpayer’s Electronic cabinet. State Tax Service was the first among government bodies to join the "Pulse" project and integrate Electronic cabinet with the online platform.

Ministry of Economy presented the “Pulse” platform for online evaluation of public services to the entrepreneurs. Meeting was attended by Deputy Head of the President’s Office Viktor Mykyta, Head of the State Tax Service Ruslan Kravchenko, Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine for Digital Development, Digital Transformations and Digitalization Oleksandr Tsybort, heads of the Regional Military Administrations and entrepreneurs from all over Ukraine. The "Pulse" is a part of the state policy "Made in Ukraine", initiated by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

Ruslan Kravchenko noted that the State Tax Service strives for effective and constant communication with each taxpayer.

As of today, Electronic cabinet of the State Tax Service is a leader among digital government platforms, with a level of awareness of it among business of more than 94%.

Cabinet works 24/7/365: here it is possible to submit reports, pay taxes and obtain certificates. Number of users exceeds 5.4 million, of whom 3.5 million are business representatives who will be able to evaluate interaction with the government agencies and leave their feedback directly in the cabinet.

Integration with the "Pulse" allows entrepreneurs to assess convenience of doing business and the state to quickly respond and make necessary decisions.

"This is just one of the areas of our cooperation with business. We are actively communicating with business in the regions, working on changing approaches to suspending tax invoices and classifying enterprises as risky. Number of suspended invoices has decreased to 0.39%. We have submitted changes to the mechanism for registration suspension of tax invoices to the Ministry of Finance. We continue to improve tax services, work on transparent communication with business and support digital economy" – added Ruslan Kravchenko.
